Just a quick post for those who LOVE japanese ramen as much as I do. I search high and low for the best ramen in every city I visit. I'm currently living in San Diego and Santouka is by far the closest to authentic japanese ramen around. Tajima is probably a close second, but doesn't really compare. I would avoid chopstix at all costs.
